What is The Cotillion?

The Cotillion: "A Transformative Journey into Leadership and Grace"

In this unique and enriching program, our young debutantes will embark on a transformative journey, unveiling the power within themselves to blossom into the leaders of tomorrow. The Cotillion will be a six-month exploration of leadership, self-discovery, and community service, culminating in a formal evening that celebrates their growth and accomplishments.

Ages: 13 - 15

Applications that will be considered will reflect high academic achievements, volunteer service, good citizenship, and more. Debutantes are required to fundraise for their Cotillion.

Debutantes will participate in:

1. Empowerment Classes

2. Community Service

3. Mentoring

4. Formal Dance

5. Etiquette Workshops

Program Highlights

1. Leadership Workshops: Engaging and interactive workshops will be conducted to enhance leadership skills, self-confidence, and effective communication. Participants will learn the importance of leading with integrity, empathy, and resilience.

2. Cultivating Relationships: Participants will have the opportunity to build lasting connections with their peers through team-building activities, group projects, and shared experiences. These relationships will serve as a support system throughout the program and beyond.

3. Community Service Initiatives: A core component of the Cotillion will be engaging in meaningful community service projects. By giving back to their communities, participants will develop a sense of responsibility and compassion, laying the foundation for a lifetime of service.

4. Formal Evening: The program will culminate in a formal evening, providing participants with the opportunity to showcase their newfound leadership skills and grace. This elegant event will celebrate their growth, accomplishments, and the bonds forged during the program.
