Planting seeds to Nourish, to Flourish, to Bloom

Mentorship

Lotus Hour is comprised of a diverse group of women and girls of different cultures, discussing self- esteem issues, friendship challenges, girl bullies and a number of scenarios that our preteens and teenagers face today. This group is held in an environment that's safe and welcoming to effectively communicate and work through these problems, anchoring internally and externally, ways to improve self confidence, communication, and problem solving skills with women and girls who are kind and empathetic.

We have created lesson plans, activities and exercises to help your child make choices rooted in self- love, self- respect, respect for others, stoping bullying and showing them how to build strength and compassion in their schools and communities. Most of all, we are committed to developing, empowering and giving these girls a chance to make an impact and do amazing things in the world we live in today.

The Cotillion

The Cotillion Experience is a season of leadership, self-discovery, and community service for young girls, culminating in a formal evening that celebrates their growth and accomplishments. Click here for more information.

Community Outreach

We are committed to engaging with the community to promote awareness and advocate for the needs of young women and girls. We collaborate with local organizations and individuals to create a network of support for those in need. Our outreach efforts include organizing events, providing educational resources, and building partnerships to empower young women and girls.
