The Women of the 100 is a women's sector of the 100 Black Men of West Texas. The women are like-minded leaders and professionals dedicated to helping provide resources necessary for the personal growth and successful future of young women and girls in the Lubbock community. Our goal is to influence and empower them with the ability to reach their full potential through mentorship and community engagement.

The Women of the 100 are committed to empowering young girls and women through the pillars of volunteerism, mentoring, sisterhood, and servant leadership.  We strive to make a lasting impact by pouring into others, cultivating meaningful relationships, and equipping women with the tools to reach their fullest potential.
