Back Our Initiatives

The Women of the 100 is a diverse sector of the 100 Black Men of West Texas. Established in September of 2022, the Women of the 100 live by our mission statement... "Cultivating relationships for meaningful transformation in all young girls and women." Below is just a GLIMPSE into the impact WOT100 had through December 2024. We are proud of the work we do and will continue to serve the Lubbock community for many years to come.

100 Black Men of West Texas

100 Black Men of America, Inc., (The 100) improves the quality of life for the communities we serve. Mentoring is the core service delivery of The 100, the largest network of African American male mentors in the nation. We influence and transform the lives of underrepresented and disenfranchised youth, with a focus on African American youth. If you have a young man who could benefit from this program use the link to learn more.

Women of the 100

The Women of the 100 is dedicated to uplifting young women and girls in the Lubbock community, focusing on their personal growth and success through four foundational pillars:

Volunteerism

Mentoring

Sisterhood

Servant Leadership

This holistic approach not only empowers women and girls individually but also strengthens the fabric of the community as a whole.
